*All services require a non-refundable deposit in order to schedule. Deposit amount is deducted from the service total. However, deposits will automatically convert into a fee (loss of deposit) when client violates any of the following policies:
*Clients running over 5 minutes late will lose deposit, resulting in automatic cancellation.
*Clients who wish to reschedule their appointment must do so within 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment date in order to transfer their deposit. (Only 1 deposit transfer is allowed when rescheduling)
*if your appointment has to be rescheduled or cancelled on my behalf, there will be no fee
*no communication outside opening hours, Wednesday,Thursday, and Friday 8:30am-5:30pm
I hereby irrevocably authorize the {Name of Organization} to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo
